My Intentional Health and Wellness Journey -
In my past, I've always been focused on my physical health and the rest of it wasn't in my realm of thinking. It wasn't until 2015 that I intentionally and consciously sought out health alternatives and natural and effective home remedies, where I could feel assured and educated as a new mother around both my son's health and my own.
I didn't realize until months and years into using alternative modalities for our health and home, that I would also gain a sense of empowerment, mental confidence, and emotional calm when my children or I were below the wellness line. And that was game-changing.
Returning to nature medicinally, removing toxins, discovering amazing alternatives, and taking our power back when it came to our bodies, our health, and our children's/family's health became an unwavering way of life and personal passion of mine.
It offered me options and freedoms; control to take care of what needed to be taken care of immediately. It allowed me to take back my mental composure when it came to unexpected health issues, rather than give into the fear-based mentality of the matrix and "rushing" to seek council from medical professionals.*
During my journey in the plant medicine, body-cleansing, and natural-remedy arena, I gained a deeper understanding to the importance of transforming our health not just within the physical vessel. This journey was practice in deepening my emotional health and mental health too. But it goes even deeper than that.
We actually have four "bodies" - the egoic (mental) body, the physical body, the emotional body, and the spiritual body. And most understand that they are very intertwined. But what about them actually being separate from one another?
When each are righteously healed, fostered, and acknowledged as individual, one can attain balance, alignment, a deeper understanding of self, and hold a higher vibration. Each of the bodies can finally work together as complete parts of a whole.
In my coaching sessions, we can talk about how to separate each of these "bodies", these entities within each of us, and why that's actually important. This is a powerful distinction and one I am passionate about sharing and people really understanding.
